The Maui Stamper

Sunny September was begging for this sweet bunch of flowers. Amazing Year is a bit of a sleeper set and that was reason enough for me to ink it up and give it a little DIY Easel Calendar Love!

• Color Palette: Basic White, Memento Black, Daffodil Delight, Pear Pizazz, Old Olive
• Accessories: Stampin’ Blends, Paper Snips, White Crinkle Ribbon, Stampin’ Dimensionals

This image was very satisfying to color. I stayed with two tones, yellow and green, but played with shades of green to give those tiny leaves dimension. This is one of those “you can’t do it badly” images!

I combined the two main images from the set to create this package with a bouquet. I also trimmed off the “Enjoy your day” tag and so that I could choose the placement. There isn’t much to keep it attached, so it’s much more secure this way.
