I haven’t made a pocket card for ages – good enough reason to make one today!
The Envelope Punch board makes a much more satisfying pocket – no fussing with adhering the sides, just a nice clean envelope! Cut off one side to create an opening for the card inside and assemble the rest as though you were assembling an ordinary envelope.
I used Park Lane DSP for the belly band and the strip across the top of the card, and that’s what drove the color palette. A little stamping, a couple of punched butterflies, and this one is ready for the mailbox!
Well, almost ready – I’m hooked on these Starburst framelits – they make such a great layer! The button and the Baker’s Twine will make this a little bumpy for USPS, but a little cushion – and an extra stamp – should make it all right.
Today is the last day for the Big Shot promotion, and the new Holiday catalog is in full swing! Enjoy your holiday weekend and don’t forget to do a little craftin’.
Love your pocket card using the Kinda Eclectic stamp set. Great color combinations. This will really brighten someone’s day! It did mine!

Thanks friends! I can’t take any credit for the color combo – it was the Stampin’ Up! DSP that did the talking 🙂 How can you go wrong when you start with Daffodil Delight?
