A very special little girl is turning ONE!

I love this little bear from A Little Wild, and the coordinating thinlits are the icing on the cake!

I had to play with the message, so I used the Labeler Alphabet so that I could create my own message. The 1 is cut from the Large Numbers Framelits with Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer Paper.

I can ship multiple kits in one box.

Many crafters have asked for the template over the years. I do not sell the template. I didn’t create it and I don’t own it, and the crafter who does own it does not want to sell it as a template.

Daisy Delights

The Daisy Delights stamp set and punch were SO popular during the demonstrator pre-order (before the Annual Catalog went public) that it seemed to be on perpetual back-order. That situation is finally straightened out, so I feel safe in sharing this card:

The Fine Tip Glue pen is more than adhesive – it gives a great shine – but do it when everything is finished and you can set your project aside to dry. It takes a long time, at least in Hawaii.

I created a similar layout with different colors HERE. I fussy cut the flowers for this one to add some dimension, but skipped the Bakers twine. I colored these with the Watercolor Pencils too.

A very content cat

This cat has a very satisfied face and wears coats of many colors!

I had a fabulous time punching cats from the Spooky Night DSP (the deep orange and black cats). I played with watercolor on both watercolor paper and Thick Whisper White card stock, and stamped over some of them to create different looks. Love this Cat Punch!!

I added little Black Mini Sequin Trim collars and used them to embellish boxes of chocolate.

The Clear Tiny Treat acetate boxes were just the right size for the cat – and for a little Ghiradelli.

There’s a cat image in the Spooky Cat photopolymer set, but I would have bought it just for this face.

There was a children’s book when I was small about cats…lots of cats…and I think I’m re-living that story.

Sponging the color on the Glossy card stock is unexpectedly therapeutic. It’s a slow, building process (at least the way I didi it). Kind of like breathing.

This petite calendar is a canvas ready for your creative touch! You’ll receive12 precisely-cut monthly calendar pages plus a cover page featuring the year. There are 13 cut-to-size mats featuring the 2016-2018 and 2017-2019 In Colors, plus Island Indigo, Pool Party and Old Olive.

There are two ways to purchase the kit. You can purchase it complete with an easel, and it will come packaged in a clear box ready for gift giving, with or without your creative designs.

If you’ve purchased before, or already have an easel, I am making the calendar pages and coordinating mats available separately. They’re packaged in a clear envelope.

Sweet Maui Pines

Ah, I was a happy Maui Stamper when I saw the Pop of Paradise stamp set would carry forward into this year!

I fussy cut that one pine with my paper snips and attached it to the calendar with a couple of Glue Dots. They give a tiny bit of lift without too much height – more visual height that actual height.

August flowers on the line

This is the month when things start to get really HOT on Maui. I’m a sunshine and warm weather girl, but even I wilt a bit with our late summer heat. These sweet posies, however, will stay fresh all month long:

The color on the flowers isn’t even sponged – I inked them up with the Peekaboo Peach and then tapped the edges into the Tangerine Tango pad. It’s almost too easy. I also toyed with the idea of putting at least one of the blooms on a dimensional, but with these calendars I prefer as flat a profile as possible, so it was Tombo (the Wonder Adhesive) to the rescue.

July’s all wrapped up

I’m all about the Red, White, and Blue, but for the past few years I’ve looked for motifs other than the Stars and Stripes. There’s nothing wrong with them, but I like a little creative challenge. This month, I’m using the bow retired from the Circle of Spring for my calendar.
