Mass Produce Cards Using Everyday You + Me Bundle

I had the gorgeous Everyday Happiness DSP on my desk after making my Brisbane swap, and I decided to switch up the paper a bit. I’m not sure which version of this card I like better, but this one might have an advantage with a little Wink of Stella. 😉

  • Stamps: Everyday You + Me, Translucent Florals (sentiment, Last Chance)
  • Color Palette: Basic White, Lost Lagoon, Wild Wheat, Pretty Peacock
  • Accessories: Stamp Cut & Emboss Machine, Spotlight on Nature dies, Everyday You + Me dies, Wink of Stella, Jute Twine (Last Chance), Stampin’ Dimensionals

The narrow strips are varying widths but they’re all cut at the same angle. You can see the layout is quite similar to the swap from #OnStage2025Brisbane. This card is pretty easy to mass produce once you’ve done the die cutting!

I really love the Everyday You + Me bundle, both for the images and the large format sentiments. The Designer Series Paper is a little heavier weight, and it’s packaged as 12 sheets with 3 design sets (2 designs front and back) and 4 pages of each set. It’s great for making multiples!

LAST CHANCE: TRANSLUCENT FLORALS

Welcome to my April Last Dance/Last Chance series! I’ve created a soft card using Crumb Cake and Boho Blue. Crumb Cake is such a classic color and plays well with almost every other color, while Boho Blue is a classic mid-range blue that I am going to miss terribly when it retires in May. Sigh.

  • Stamps: Translucent Florals, Country Flowers (Both LAST CHANCE)
  • Color Palette: Basic White, Crumb Cake, Boho Blue (Retiring 23-25 In Color)
  • Accessories: Stamp Cut & Emboss Machine, Greetings of the Season dies (sold out), Translucent Florals dies, Exposed Brick 3D Embossing Folder, Linen Thread, In Color Jute Twine, Blending Brush, Stampin’ Dimensionals

I am very sorry to report that the Greetings of the Season dies are SOLD OUT. The Exposed Brick 3D Embossing Folder is NOT on Last Chance, which means it will be around for a while. Good thing because I use it a lot. It’s a larger format, square folder, which makes it easy to put an entire card front through the Stamp Cut + Emboss Machine.

I used a Blending Brush to add a little depth to the dry embossing with Crumb Cake ink. The larger leaf images are stamped off, but the smaller stem is stamped full strength. This makes a lovely sympathy card, but it could just as easily carry a different sentiment.

I hope you’re tracking all of these Last Chance beauties. They really are Last Chance, so if you’re smitten, head on over to the Online Store and make them yours! Both Country Flowers (the sentiment) and Translucent Florals are a better value if you purchase them separately as Stamps + Dies vs. buying them as a bundle. Be akamai and save!

Last Chance Craft Bundle: Attention Shoppers Review

Welcome to my April Last Dance/Last Chance series! Today’s Last Chance bundle is Attention Shoppers, and I’m playing with that shopping cart. I used the same basic layout, but ended up with two rather different cards. See what you think.

  • Stamps: Attention Shoppers, Elements of Text, Translucent Florals
  • Color Palette: Basic White, Memento Black, Smokey Slate, Flirty Flamingo, Peach Pie
  • Accessories: Stamp Cut & Emboss Machine, Attention Shoppers dies, Deckle Circle dies (retired), Stampin’ Blends, Stampin’ Write markers, Petal Pink Scalloped Ribbon, Glue Dots, Stampin’ Dimensionals

I die cut the bottles and shopping bag, then colored them to coordinate with my card. I’m still having a lot of fun using Stampin’ Write markers to splatter, but the only other embellishment is a tiny bow that’s held in place with a Glue Dot. The shopping cart is almost an embellishment all by itself!

Compare the first version with this second one. I’ve got plants in pots, an embossing folder as texture for the card base instead of stamped images, and some Designer Series Paper strips for additional texture. The bow is made from the 25-27 In Color Bordered Ribbon, which I cut into 3 strips and tied into a satisfyingly messy bow.

What do you think?

Either way, you’ll be happy to add Attention Shoppers stamps and dies to your crafty stash. Here’s a money saving tip: Instead of ordering the bundle, order the parts as individual items and save! Individually they’re on sale, but the bundle hasn’t been further discounted. You heard it here first!!

LAST CHANCE FOR BIRD’S EYE VIEW #2

Welcome to my April Last Dance/Last Chance series! I got a little carried away with myself and before I knew it, I had another version of Bird’s Eye View. It’s one of my favorites, so I shouldn’t be surprised. WARNING: This version includes Fussy Cutting.

  • Stamps: Bird’s Eye View, Translucent Florals, Textured Notes
  • Color Palette: Basic White, Misty Moonlight, Pebble Path, Daffodil Delight, Wild Wheat, Memento Black
  • Accessories: Paper Snips, Stampin’ Write Markers, Stampin’ Blends, Adhesive Back Solid Gems (retired), Stampin’ Dimensionals

For some reason I am obsessed with “flicks” from the Stampin’ Write markers. I’ll eventually get over it.

I colored the birds with Stampin’ Write markers and fussy cut the images. They’re pretty straightforward shapes, so the cutting is easy. I perched each bird on a little branch (HINT: place the birds on the panel before stamping the branch or adhering the birds to optimize the branch placement). I added a few gems and I was done.

Bird’s Eye View is available while supplies last. Don’t let these avian goofballs get away!

CORNER IN BLOOM IN WILD WHEAT

This image is one of the single, not-a-corner images from Corner in Bloom, and the more I looked at it, the more I saw something wheat-like. I’m not a farmer, and I’m pretty sure I’m close but not quite on the mark with this, but it was close enough in my book. It had to be done in Wild Wheat.

  • Stamps: Corner in Bloom (SAB 2025), Translucent Florals
  • Color Palette: Basic White, Wild Wheat, Mossy Meadow
  • Accessories: Stamp Cut & Emboss Machine, Textured Notes dies, Natural Tones Linen Thread, 23-25 In Color Opaque Sparkle Dots, 23-25 In Color DSP Pack, Stampin’ Dimensionals

We’re getting close to the end of the story for Wild Wheat and the other 23-25 In Colors. I confess I did not love Wild Wheat when I first saw it, and in fact compared it to something kind of yucky having to do with new babies. (Use your imagination if necessary.) But it’s worked its magic on me, and I’ll be sad to see it go.

The new Textured Notes dies will be available March 5th and they are AWESOME!! Put them on your list.

In the meantime, this is your final boarding announcement for Corner in Bloom. Doors will be closing SOON. Shop now.

SEASON OF ELEGANCE Z-FOLD CARD

The Z-fold card is one of my favorite designs: it’s a simple fold with a big impact. It’s essentially a regular fold with an extra score and a focal point, so it’s a great candidate for production. And it’s a great way to spotlight our beautiful Designer Series Papers!

  • Stamps: Greetings of the Season, Translucent Florals
  • Color Palette: Very Vanilla, Old Olive, Mellow Moss
  • Accessories: Stamp Cut & Emboss Machine, Spotlight on Nature dies, Gold Embossing Powder, Heat Tool, Embossing Buddy, Season of Elegance DSP, Transparent Adhesive-Backed Dots, Gold Ribbon (retired)

Don’t you love the shimmer of Gold Embossing? Every time I emboss something, especially a greeting, I ask myself why I don’t do it more often. It’s not hard and it adds so much!!

To create the Z-fold, cut your 8 1/2″ x 11″ cardstock into two panels measuring 4 1/4″ x 11″. Score one of them at 2 3/4″ and 5 1/2″ and fold in half, then fold the front panel back to the left. Add a focal point (I love using a die cut) and you are ready to go!

Shop for Season of Elegance DSP in the Online Store. You still have time to make a few more cards before the holidays! Running out of time?? Then send Happy New Year cards – that sentiment is in Greetings of the Season. We’ve got you covered!

Vintage Butterflies

I had such fun with this! Bold Butterflies is from the archives, but you might not guess that looking at this card:

  • Stamps: Bold Butterfly (Vintage), Translucent Florals
  • Color Palette: Basic White, Pretty in Pink, Petunias Pop, Pool Party, Granny Apple Green, Daffodil Delight
  • Accessories: Paper Snips, Stampin’ Dimensionals, Glossy Dots Assortment

Do you have vintage stamps that haven’t seen daylight in a while? I was challenged to find a way to use this oldie-but-goodie in a more modern design. What do you think?

This is a VERY simple design and I think that’s why it works. It lets those big Bold Butterflies shine. The center butterfly is fussy cut (this stamp set pre-dates dies by years!!)

What vintage set have you kept and not used? Time to dust it off!

And if you need paper and ink to complete the project, shop the Online Store.
